* If your ssgdirect store does not produce $60 or more in sales over a period of one (1) year, your ssgdirect store will be subject to closure. Salon Service Group will attempt to notify you of your store’s status via the email associated with your ssgdirect account no less than 30 days in advance of closure. If during the 30-day notice period your ssgdirect store meets the minimum sales requirement of $60, Salon Service Group will allow your store to remain open. If your store was closed due to low sales volume, but was automatically renewed within the previous six (6) months, Salon Service Group will issue a credit to your Salon Service Group account in the amount of the renewal fee, $15.
